You won't remember me, we "met" here in spring or late spring and I haven't been online much during the summer. Just so. I don't have time / energy to waste (Not spend, not invest: waste.) tangled in Babylonian crap.
Now, of course, I spent some cycles putting out the word when your account was yanked ... that's just wholesome response. As I routinely spend time / energy supporting / promoting good causes.
But getting tangled with their crap is like getting tangled in a pointless argument: they ain't really listening because they already know they're in the wrong; their passive-aggressive gratification is to suck folk into paying them attention i.e. playing their game according to their rules on their schedule.

Did my very slightly frank talk about Babylon give the impression that I'm pessimistic? I'm certainly skeptical ... in my long experience, for example, those who make the biggest effort to seem nice are, well, pretending.
But that aside ...
... sad to think I appear pessimistic.
As for law suits *shrug* that whole system is only a bit less corrupt than the stock market.
Anyhow, my point remains what it was: that they couldn't simply suspend your account without doing harm shows how slack/lazy/incompetent they are ... despite being "winners" in the internet "social software" game.
But I'm glad you got your account back. That's the point.

But they didn't. Cuz (prolly) they just don't care. In fact it wouldn't be that hard (I know, I word with that sorta stuff) ... they just couldn't be bothered.
But they're worth ?what? $10B given their most recent investment valuation.
